Welcome to Manor Lands Property Owners Association. As a new member we are sure you have numerous questions and hopefully you will find some answers here. Manor Lands is a gated community located on Mirror Lake Highway 150 in Utah and has 464 lots currently submitting yearly Association Dues. These vary in size from 1/4 acres to 40 acres. We have 6 locked gates through which you can gain access. We have a year round Caretaker on the premises who amongst other duties, performs maintenance on the gates, plowing of roads to our snowmobile parking in Winter and grading and graveling our roads during the Summer months.
RESTRICTED WEBSITE ACCESS: There is a great deal of information available to you as an owner within this website. Minutes of our meetings, newsletters, governing documents and more are located within the Restricted Access area and you must register and be approved in order to access it. Contact Information: We have a database with demographic information in it that we use to send out formal communication. Association Dues are invoiced in January of each year. They are due by 15 March or there is a late fee and monthly interest penalties applied on the outstanding balance. We only send out one invoice to you so it’s important to keep track of that due date. If you update your email address and don’t provide that information to us, you may find yourself with a late fee. To keep from incurring difficulties receiving your Association Dues invoice, you can submit changes to your contact information via this website under Owners Tools.
EVENTS: We have yearly events that you are encouraged to join. We have an annual work party where we perform maintenance at our Caretaker’s cabin and around Manor Lands. We conduct an Annual Meeting sponsored by the Board of Directors where we present the last year in review, voting on new officers, budgets, and more. We have a yearly 4th of July parade and ice cream/donut social afterwards. In Winter we light a bonfire at the burn pit on New Year’s Eve where we gather and enjoy food and games while we bask in the warmth of the flames.
