Harry and Sandy Biggs have agreed to coordinate work in Manor Lands this summer with the Summit County chippers.
The work will begin the first week in June and will end the first week in August.
The first work day is scheduled for June 5th
It is very important to have enough work to schedule the chippers for a full day beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending by 2:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Slash piles must be stacked near the road or on your lot where they can be easily accessed.
The big end must be placed out and the piles must not be higher than 4-4.5 feet. Slash will not be chipped if it is just thrown haphazardly in a big pile.
If you wish to schedule the chippers please call Harry and Sandy at:
If no answer, please leave a message with the following information:
- Your Name
- Lot number
- Number of slash piles you have
- Your phone number
You will be called back with a confirmation letting you know what day your slash can be chipped.
