Manor Lands – New Years Eve Fireworks

The board of directors received a request to allow fireworks at the burn pit on New Years Eve. While we think having fireworks would be a fun event and promote unity we simply did not have enough time to check on the legality of fireworks in Utah for the date requested, address liability concerns and revise our rules and regulations to reflect the exception. For these reasons, we have decided to err on the side of caution and deny the request for this year. We will continue to research and plan for the change for next year.  As a side note, we were able to determine that fireworks are legal in Wyoming on December 31st and January 1st. Thank you.
