Manor Lands – Annual Meeting Voting

Hello MLPOA property owners, I hope this post finds you well. As you know, COVID 19 restrictions prevent us from holding a traditional annual meeting. The board of directors, along with the assistance of our webmaster, has decided to use an electronic ballot to vote for new board members and approve the 2021 budget. We have suspended all other topics until we can meet as a group to facilitate questions and answers.

The electronic ballot was tested and found to be secure and effective. Controls are in place to ensure only one ballot is sent to each dues paying member in good standing. If you pay dues on multiple lots you will receive additional ballots.

The ballots will be sent by email to the primary email (first email listed) only. Please watch your primary email account for a ballot approximately 1 week from this notice. You will have 7 days to complete and return your ballot. Along with the ballot will be the board candidates biographies and the proposed 2021 annual budget.
