O. Violation Regulation

O. VIOLATION REGULATION: Rule 1. Violators of the Restrictive Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations shall be assessed a fine by the Board of Directors commensurate with the violation and damage resulting.

Rule 2. Fines will be added to members� dues or billed to non-members. If not paid, legal action may be taken.

Rule 3. Appeals may be made to the Board of Directors in writing and/or in person prior to court action being instituted.

Rule 4. All Summit County court action will be filed in Park City, Utah.
