F. Gate Regulation

F. GATE REGULATION: Rule 1. All gates bordering Manor Lands are to be kept locked at all times of the year, except for entering and exiting. Offenders will be fined fifty dollars ($50.00). Repeat offenders may be prosecuted. Rule 2. A five hundred-dollar ($500.00) reward shall be paid for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person for the vandalism of any gate, lock, vehicles, property or buildings under the direct and immediate control of Manor Lands Property Owners Association
